US State Privacy Notice

This notice supplements our Privacy Policy for residents of California and other US states with comprehensive consumer privacy laws. Bilgesam LLC is the business responsible for your personal information.

Identifiers: name, email address, account ID. Commercial information: plan and subscription status (payment card data is handled by Stripe). Internet activity: product usage needed to run your account. Approximate location: country derived in memory from the IP address (the IP address is not stored). Inquiries: the content of requests you send through the request form.

Sources: you, your use of the service and Stripe. Purposes: providing and securing the service, billing, answering requests and complying with law. Retention: as described in the Privacy Policy.

For visitors of our customers’ websites we act as a service provider: we process the data only to provide analytics to that customer and do not combine it with other data.

We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and have not done so in the past 12 months. We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under 16. We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics. Our own website honors Global Privacy Control signals.

Depending on your state you may request to know or access, delete, correct and obtain a portable copy of your personal information, and you have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

Submit requests through the request form (type "Privacy request") or at ltd.bilgisam@gmail.com. We verify your identity by confirming control of the email address on file. An authorized agent may submit a request with your signed permission. We respond within 45 days (extendable once by 45 days with notice).

If we deny your request you may appeal by replying to our answer; we decide on appeals within the period required by your state. If the appeal is denied you may contact your state attorney general.
