Terms of Service

Última actualización: 2026-08-15 Türkçe sürüm

1.Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Bilgesam LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. By creating an account, creating a free counter or using the service you accept them. If you use click27 for an organization, you confirm you may bind it. You must be at least 18 years old.

2.Use of the service

You may measure only websites you own or are authorised to measure. You are responsible for informing your visitors and, where required, obtaining consent under the laws that apply to you (for example GDPR, ePrivacy rules, KVKK and US state laws).

Do not send personal data such as names, email addresses or identifiers in page addresses or custom event properties, and do not measure pages whose content reveals sensitive data about individuals.

3.Free counters and public pages

Free counters are provided without charge and without any service level. Their statistics pages are public to anyone with the link. Published dashboards are visible according to the visibility you choose. We may remove counters that stay inactive for 12 months or that are used abusively.

4.Counter and tracking code

You may place our tracking script and counter widgets on websites you are allowed to measure, as we provide them. Do not modify, disguise or hide the code to misrepresent visitor numbers, and do not use it in emails, advertisements or on pages you do not control.

Do not inflate counts with automated, purchased or self-generated traffic, and do not use the code of another site’s counter on your own pages.

5.Acceptable use

No fake or automated traffic at scale, no attempts to access other customers’ data, no probing, overloading or interfering with the service, no unlawful, infringing or harmful content on published dashboards. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules; where reasonable we warn first.

6.Accounts and security

You are responsible for your sign-in credentials and for activity in your account and workspaces. Keep your password confidential, use two-step verification where offered, and tell us without delay through the request and complaint form if you suspect unauthorised use.

7.No framing or scraping

Do not frame click27 pages inside another website, present them as your own, or collect public stats pages with automated tools at scale. Use embeddable dashboards, exports or the stats API instead.

8.Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans are sold by Bilgesam LLC. Payments are collected by Bilgesam LLC as the seller through Stripe; your invoices, receipts and card statement show Bilgesam LLC. Prices are in euros (EUR) and exclude taxes unless stated; applicable taxes (such as VAT or sales tax) are added at checkout based on your billing address and tax ID.

Paid plans renew monthly or yearly until cancelled and are billed in advance; You can cancel at any time; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period. When a payment fails there is a grace period, after which the workspace becomes read-only until payment is updated. Over your event limit we warn you first and never silently drop data. Mandatory consumer rights (including statutory withdrawal rights) are not affected. Billing questions and refund requests: use the request form (type "Billing").

9.AI analysis

AI answers run on your own api14.com account and balance under api14’s terms and may be inaccurate; check important numbers in the reports.

10.Your content and our service

You keep all rights to your data and content and grant us the rights needed to host and display it for you. Feedback you give us may be used without obligation.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service under these terms. The software, design and content of click27 are ours and protected by copyright; the click27 name and logo are our trademarks and may be used only to refer to the service. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

11.Copyright and abuse notices

Report content on a published dashboard or blog that infringes your rights or is unlawful through the request and complaint form (type "Copyright" or "Abuse"). Include the URL, your rights and your contact details; we act promptly and may forward the notice to the workspace owner.

12.Sanctions and export

You may not use the service if you are located in, ordinarily resident in, or organized under the laws of a country or region subject to comprehensive US sanctions, or if you are on a US government restricted-party list.

13.Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Analytics numbers are estimates.

14.Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages or lost profits, and our total liability for all claims is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 100 if you use only free features. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for intent, gross negligence, death or personal injury, or mandatory consumer rights.

15.Indemnity

If you use the service for a business, you will defend and indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your websites, your content or your breach of these terms or of data protection law.

16.Complaints first

Before starting any legal proceedings or complaint to an authority about the service, please submit your complaint through the request and complaint form. We acknowledge it by email with a reference number and respond within 30 days. If we cannot resolve it within 30 days, you are free to pursue other remedies. This does not limit any right you have to complain to a supervisory or consumer authority at any time.

17.Governing law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and disputes belong to the state or federal courts located in Wyoming. If you are a consumer in the EU, the UK or Türkiye, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country and may bring proceedings in your home courts or before your consumer dispute bodies.

18.Changes and termination

We announce material changes to these terms at least 30 days in advance; continuing to use the service after that means you accept them. We may add, change or remove features; if a change materially reduces a paid plan, we tell you in advance and you may cancel.

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access under the acceptable use rules above. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as disclaimer, limitation of liability, indemnity and governing law) remain in effect. If a provision is invalid the rest remains in effect, and not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it.

19.Language

These terms are available in English and Turkish (Kullanım Koşulları). For consumers in Türkiye the Turkish version prevails; otherwise the English version prevails.
